First off the ratings above are for Dr Ruthven only! NOT his staff. He’s a wonderful doctor….I’ve been to the doctors office three times so far..the first time I waited 2.5 hrs to get called back and then another 1.5 hrs to been seen! Second time pretty much the same. Third time was today and by far the worse! Got there at noon and the Dr wasn’t in so it was all the assistants and a “physicians assistant “ that looked like she was 12 years old. I was there a total of 3 hrs and waited until almost 6:00pm for them to call in the prescriptions…I had to call them and practically beg them to send the scripts to pharmacy! iItseems to me these people like to play the power trip game…so pitiful and absolutely unprofessional. Dr Ruthven needs to retrain those people or better yet fire them all!

He prescribes Vitamin D to pretty much anyone. Wait times are about 2-5 hours, on a good day. Receptionists are rude, always spending time texting, mouthing off about patients if they leave due to waiting for so long. Called my insurance and even they apologized and were astounded by the wait time and zero results.

Horrible staff...asked questions that were inappropriate in front of my teen daughter. The nurse couldnt seem to work the ear thermometer and were rude to me. They gave me samples of a medicine for my diabeties and then when my insurance refused to cover it, they took me off and said I know this sounds like we aren't taking care of you, but we have to do this to get them to pay for your meds. The only person in that office who was helpful was Erin. I actually would get major anxiety just thinking about going into my appointments. My husband even heard the staff talking about patients! He told Ruthven and nothing was done. He wanted me to come in to get my diabetic med scripts during the pandemic...my husband said he would sue if I got covid and so he was dropped as a patient. Just really very uncaring....I didn't even want to leave 1 star but I had to click at least one to publish this.

Not even a one star this absolute joke of a horrible so called doc. Was admitted through the ER and stayed 5 days in the hospital. This idiot didn’t have a clue what was going on when it was convenient for him to stop in. Did not return calls or care about me one bit. Matter a fact not one person in this place had a good thing to say about this idiot. If you wanna die this is your guy. Worse doc I have ever seen by far!!!!!
