I had this annoying post-nasal drip that wouldn’t go away, and he sorted it out in just a couple of visits. He’s super approachable, doesn’t talk down to you, and actually takes the time to explain what’s going on. The office is clean, appointments are on time, and I was happy with my experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Malone! As someone who’s struggled with chronic allergies for years—stuffy nose, itchy eyes, the works—I was at my wit’s end. Dr. Malone took the time to really listen to my symptoms and didn’t just throw a generic solution at me. He explained everything in a way that made sense, from the testing process to why my allergies were flaring up so badly. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about his patients. If you’re dealing with allergy issues, Dr. Malone is the ENT to see—highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Malone since my normal ENT doctor was booked several weeks in advance. He ignored my earlier diagnosis of a fungal infection, and recommendations I avoid foods/medications that contribute. I also explained to him I will not go on steroids, since I had a very bad reaction, and steroids are known to make my issue worse. He prescribed a medication which I learned from my pharmacist was a steroid medication, and one of the side effects was a fungal infection!! Thankfully I did not take the medication, and I will never see him again. He does not listen. Also he did no tests and was very quick for his visit.

My initial visits to Dr. Malone were fine. I had chronic sinusitis. The first doctor who was also at Florida ENT said I didn't need surgery. He prescribed me antibiotics, but after 4 to 5 weeks I still had the problem. Dr. Malone suggested a Balloon Sinus Sinuplasty. He didn't go over any risks with this procedure and from what I could tell it was generally safe. But after having it, I had a lot pain. He says he though it was an infection, but it turned out to be a damaged nerve. I have been in constant pain and on pain medication since. There's isn't much they can do. It may not have been his fault, but I think this procedure has more risk then they tell patients. I would advise anyone before having this done to go to another doctor for a second opinion. I should have taken the advice from the first doctor and not have had it done. I would have been much happier.

Malone performed surery on my nose. He not only disfigured it, I now cannot breath out of both nostrils. Three weeks after surgery I let his staff know what I am going through and Malone responded that there is nothing else he could do and dismissed me as a patient. Many Doctors like him feel impervious to any lawsuits due to the Medical Malpractice Tort Reform Law signed by Governor Jeb Bush back in 2003. The law has made it extemely difficult to sue Doctors. The medical licensing board is being notified and that is just the beginning. I don't want anyone to have to suffer like me.
