Incompetent
Alexander will push you into getting a colonoscopy even if it’s unnecessary. When I asked for less invasive tests, Alexander appeared to have no knowledge of them. For example, I asked about getting a breath test for digestive issues (a hydrogen breath test can diagnose small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). He seemed to believe breath tests were only for bad breath.

The worst gastroenterologist experience. He showed emotional dysregulation and lack of empathy in all appointments, late on medication renewals, late on requests issued by insurance, ignores symptoms when bringing up the concern to him, ignores appointment requests, and failed to answer questions of health concern. Save your time and go to a gastroenterologist who considers your health concerns and is compassionate towards your symptoms rather than Kim that tells you your symptoms are an 'excuse'.

Dr. Kim was highly recommended by a friend of mine. He has an excellent bedside manner and he takes time to listen to your story. He is very knowledgeable and I felt like he had an answer to every single question I had. He is also a highly skilled endoscopist. I was told by other doctors that I would need a major surgery but Dr. Kim cured me without any incisions and I was able to go home on the same day of the procedure. He is the best!
