Felt rushed and unheard
Yesterday my sevind appointment I felt so rushed by the staff and Doctor Kassar. I like this doctor but the policy he likes, according to Taylor, his medical assistant, is to knock the door to remind him of his next appointment. Dr Kassar is aware of my next sinuses surgery and I had questions for him that he never answered, because he had to go to his next appointment leaving me seating down inside the room. I really hope they change this policy which is soooo unfair for Kassar’s patients. Also be aware that when you leave the office you remind Taylor, Dr. Kassar’s assistant, to send your prescriptions to your pharmacy and get your lab orders from there, otherwise she will forget

Dr. Kassar is Excellent
Dr. Kassar is kind and very easy to talk to. He recommended vaccines that I need. (I appreciated his understanding when I told him that I wasn’t comfortable with one vaccine.). My appointment was not rushed and his Staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Kassar also gave me a referral for a specialist for my hip. Thank you, Dr. Kassar and Staff!

Dr Kassar has helped me so much in the last few visits. He just started being my doctor after Dr. Kalkat retired I was hesitant at first but now I have grown to just adore him. I trust him with my lungs. He has helped me so much truly appreciate you Dr Kassar.
