Sorry, but anyone leaving a negative review for Dr. Hatsis has to be the problem. For someone who is unbelievably knowledgeable about the eye, he does a great job of explaining it to a lay person. He has an amazing bedside manner and will take as much time as necessary to answer your questions. Highly recommend.

Not great
He’s very knowledgeable and is clearly very intelligent, but he does not explain conditions well and recommends treatments without telling you what it is, how it’s done, or the benefits of it. He does a poor job of communicating with patients and when you ask him questions to better understand he almost seems annoyed that he has to answer…. That’s your job. He also can also be a bit sarcastic which I find unprofessional.
