Dr. Alexander Ehrlich, MD

Dr Erlich is excellent. Only dermatologist I have been to, it is sad I will no longer be back..I was insulted by the big mouth black woman at the front desk. And don't need this aggrevation. She is a disappointment to his practice & not be the first person you see when you come for a visit. When she is removed, I will be back

I've just had 1 visit with Dr. Ehrlich but he was excellent. I had very little wait time & during the exam he was thorough & very informative. He called me back himself promptly to let me know I needed to see a mohs dr. & they would make the arrangements.

Dr. Ehrlich is simply an exceptional physician. I probably should've reported that earlier, as I've been with him now for several years. I came over to his practice after I moved downtown. Prior to that, I had been in treatment with another dermatologist, who was also excellent but she retired and recommended Dr. Ehrlich to me, upon her retirement. Dr. Ehrlich has been caring and thorough on each and every visit. I'm one of those people who stupidly spent way too much time in the sun as a kid into adulthood (beach, baseball, golf). My skin is my biggest medical challenge. In the past 2 weeks, I was doing a topical medication to address some rough patches on my face. I had a quick and dramatic reaction that I reported to the office. Dr. Ehrlich has now followed up with me on Facetime calls yesterday and again today. My health clearly matters to him. I wouldn't want it any other way.

Brilliant - he was able to figure out the cause of my itch Knowing there is usually a wait i called ahead and was advised by the staff to come 30 minutes later than assigned time. And there was no wait in the waiting room and only a brief wait in the exam room!

I went to Dr. Ehrlich for a skin condition, which was rather unpleasant to look at and treat. I felt embarrassed enough, but Dr. Ehrlich added to my discomfort by encouraging me to go back to my previous dermatologist or the emergency room should it not heal or re-occur. If a doctor is repulsed by his patients' conditions, he should not be practicing.

I was a patient of Dr. Ehrlich's for years. That ended today. Rude man who is not considerate of his patients' time. Made me wait two hours in exam room without anyone stopping by. When I saw him in waiting room as I departed (having not been examined), I told him he was rude and inconsiderate of patient time. He sighed and walked out the front door and into the coffee shop next door. No apology. He's a trainwreck. Stay away.
