Dr.Ching is great. He listens, answers all your questions and really cares about his patients. He is very knowledgeable and I trusted him with his diagnosis and course of action. The surgery went well and post op care is outstanding. The entire process was way easier than I expected it to be.

Dr. Ching provided me with options for treating spinal stenosis, clearly explaining pros and cons. I elected to have surgery and had it within just a few weeks. The results were amazing: leg pain caused by the stenosis disappeared immediately after. I can walk again like a normal human being instead of bending forward, and three months in, I can cover 3 miles at a stretch. Amazing! My gratitude goes to Dr. Ching and his entire operating team. Fantastic people!

Dr. Ching and his staff are extremely professional, caring, and competent. I felt very comfortable at Oregon Spine Clinic from my first visit. He listened carefully to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I ended up having surgery, and it was a great experience all around. I completely trust him with my care.

Dr Ching is who I trusted from the first meeting. He listens, is reassuring, has wonderful people skills, and has a sense of humor. You just feel safe with his care. You can tell he really cares about his patients and is an expert surgeon. His entire staff is on the same page. Imaging is explained in detail which lowers anxiety. An extremely positive experience. It has changed my life.

Dr Ching took a look at my x-rays done by my Dr. for leg pain and said "I can help you with that. I can take care of that." He was so very right! Leg pain was gone right after surgery. His team was helpful in preparing me for all I did and all the care I needed to take in making it all work afterwards. My back surgery experience was really good! I also must say that my husband saw Dr Ching for back pain during the COVID Pandemic. Dr. Ching's concern for the pain and loss of weight, lead him to stearnly suggest my husband needed lab work-ups as well. He believed something else was going on. It was hard during those days to get Outpatient help. At surgery day, my husband's labs were still questionable, but Dr Ching elected to do the surgery, knowing he could help him, but more importantly find him Inpatient care and a Hospitalist that found answers. I am forever grateful to Dr Ching for his brilliance in getting us that help. His surgery skills match his knowledge and wisdom.

AT first I thought he was a little bit brusque and I wasn't sure if I'd get the care I needed. But I was desperate from the long period of extreme pain and they had an opening. I took a chance. Support staff was very helpful. The results of the surgery were beyond expectations for excellence. All visits with Dr Ching, except for that initial one, were very good and he was friendly and informative.

Had surgery on L5 S1 and L4 L5 with no pain after surgery. Recovery was amazing. Started playing golf three months after surgery with little back issues only slight ache due to not playing for a length of time. Great facility and people are wonderful. Dr. Ching takes time and listens to your issues and helps make decisions on surgery or not.
