I had an infection and Dr. Boardman went above and beyond to address my concerns. He was attentive and had great bedside manner. He diagnosed me immediately and I received the treatment I needed. The experience exceeded my expectations.

The doctor did not address my points. He neglected my central concern (I came for referral), focused on my minor points for which I underwent numerous unnecessary tests (needed according to him) to prove his assumptions were wrong. Now, I have to pay huge bills for the tests I did not need in the first place. And my primary concern remained unanswered.
