Dr. Alexander Bingcang, DO

Dr. Bingcang is a very professional and caring doctor. He listens very intently to what you have to say and gives very helpful solutions and recommendations. He is very easy to contact and very quick to answer back.

Great Doctor and staff, all friendly and helpful

Kind, patient and considerate of patient needs. Prompt, though always under time constraints. Has a sense of humor, always helpful to put one at ease.

I was transferred to Dr. Bingcang from my old PC who retired. I am 34 and have quite a laundry list of medical issues and i was pretty skeptical about switching. He honestly wasn’t hugely knowledgeable about my extensive spinal problems, but he quickly made me believe i could trust him. Being young and having such a bad back is extremely hard. For years doctors have ignored my complaints and I’ve never felt really believed until Dr. Bingcang. He really truly cares and wants to do anything he can to help. I’m honestly tearing up while typing this because i am so grateful to finally actually be heard and believed. I don’t feel like I’m lying or being judged while talking to him. I would recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re in a similar situation... Half of the staff is kind of bad but it seems like they are weeding them out. Hope this helps!

Dr Bingcang is great! Very kind and knowledgeable. But his office staff is a dumpster fire! I can’t recommend him because the ones that work for him make it so hard and ridiculous. Currently leaving his office and not looking back. His staff is unbearable.

Dr. Bingcang will actually take the time to listen to you and talk to you, and not down to you.

Dr. Bingcang is a wonderful doctor. He never rushes through your appointment , and is always very caring and thorough. I have recommended him to many of my friends. At times the office runs behind on its appointments but he is worth the wait.

Spotted a bedbug running straight across the floor in Dr. Bingcang's office! I remained calm in atempts not to humiliate the doctor. Upon returning to our home, we had to change cloths immediately as well as tied our clothes we'd worn to his office in plastic bags to go through the wash etc. Not what I expected to see at rhis facility. Bedbugs are a serious concern, so needless to say we do not desire to return to this facility again.
