Office staff does not return any phone calls
I have been trying to schedule my mom a pain shot. No one called after seeing the doctor over a week ago. I called on Monday and left a message. The message said they would return the call in 24 hours. On Thursday I called back and left another one. This isn't the first time we've had trouble trying to schedule an appointment. We are happy with the doctor.

Doc Ajlouni is the best pain management doctor.
Doc Ajlouni is the best he really listens to you and really tries to find what is causing your pain and does what needs to be done to fix you. I've been suffering for 3 years from pain caused by surgeries and radiation for cancer treatment. I feel very blessed to have found such a great doctor that listens and wants to help. He really understands how debilitating pain can be. I felt I had no answers until I went to Doctor Ajlouni if you have pain you really need to see him. His office staff are great to. I just can't say enough good about him. He's so kind and understanding and gets right down to fixing you. The BEST doctor ever for pain management.

Wonderful doc
This doc is kind, smart and compassionate. He helped treat my pain issues quickly and I have had the best experience. Don’t go anywhere else.

His attitude was disinterested; very unhelpful . After reviewing my mri his comment was”oh, you’re riddled with arthritis-“ and this was my third visit., and he appeared virtually indifferent. He had been highly recommended to me , but I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone . Checking out a new doc next week.

Knowledgeable, understanding. Ajlouni has been my pain management dr for 6 years. I have degenerative disc disease caused by a auto accident. He has helped me survive. He can be a bit methodical, but science especially neuro, should never be rushed. I’ve seen many others that treated me like a number in their books. Give this dr a good chance and he will help. His staff is compassionate and always helpful. The only place i’ve gone that has given me options and hope.

Was referred by surgeon after hip surgery. No exam was given, no records were looked at, and he was extremely rude. He told me he was a back doctor!? I wondered why I was even there, I drove 2 hours to go to him, my hip was throbbing, traffic was terrible and I had to wait in his off for 2 1/2 he’s to be seen.
