Would not recommend
Dr. Kissinger said 'I sounded drunk' when having some neurological issues and continued on to say he 'doesn't understand' contralateral control in simpler terms or how it would effect both sides of my face. Asked if I did substances or drank alcohol of course I replied no. That I couldn't drink due to my stage 4 endometriosis because it inflames my condition. He replied saying he was 'unaware endometriosis had stages.' I can understand his mannerisms due most of the individuals he probably treats in richmond but this Dr seems to have used chatgpt to get through most of his schooling. Wouldn't recommend.

Dr. Kissinger has a terrible bedside manner. He ask me 3 times if I had a weapon on me I don’t know why he ask that. I came from a nursing home he was rude to the nurse there. He was rude to me almost to the point where I thought he was going to laugh at me. His nurses had bad bedside manners too
