Dr. Alex Khromov, MD

Both doctors, Dr Alex and Dr. Kristina are very personable,flexible, listen to you and are very responsive to your needs. They look at the whole patient not just have a 5 min conversation about your pain level and leave. I like the way they explain multiple treatment options instead of writing a prescription and taking off. About the staff- Excellent as well. They are friendly, accommodating and manage the office very well. Wait times are usually under 5 min. Ive been with this practice for over 2 years. Ive always been able to get an appointment...even if it was an urgent matter. I feel like they are my friends. This may be a small practice but they make a big impact.

Both the Doctors are the BEST! They understand what's going wrong in your particular situation. They don't treat you like you're on a production line. Each time I go they LISTEN! They use appropriate treatments for each visit. I'm getting better each time.

I give Dr. Khromov an A+. He was so attentive to my diagnosis and my immediate needs. I left his office feeling like, I got heard and understood. I am so satisfied with Dr. Khromov. He is a breath of fresh air compared to the other pain mgt doctors I was referred to. He is the most compassionate, caring physician I've ever seen. So is his new associate Dr. Kristeen Ortega. He takes his time, he listens, he actually cares. and he shows it. He's incredible.

After my last doc moved, I didn't think I would find another one that would be nearly as good. I've seen many over the years. Dr. K is beyond amazing! He spent well over an hour with me my first visit alone. He took my pain seriously and diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia (something I had suspected but that other docs had ignored). He's working with me to find right combo of meds and get me off of oxycodone! His staff is kind and they do amazing job at getting insurance approval for meds! They care
