The receptionist is so unprofessional and overworked. My mother and I have been having issues with insurance claims and they DO NOT put there part. My insurance calls to get more information and the office will not give information, yet they badger the patient. The Dr. wife runs finances and she is NEVER there when they are trying to reach her. On a side note, they seem to be charging for unnecessary things according to my insurance. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

He seems like he knows what he is doing but will not give you any type of test results over the phone or by email. He makes you book another appointment where he charges you to literally only tell you test results. He is a money hungry doctor that doesn't hire the best staff. The nurses are really nice but the the people working the desk are very rude. My family goes here ONLY if it is absolutely necessary. With very few options in the area for Spanish speakers, he makes sure he gets every cent

No communication whatsoever, charges ridiculous amounts, will not give you blood results over the phone, makes you come in and charges absurd amount. impossible to get a refill on your prescription.
