Really very unprofessional. Worst experience i ever had. They did not even say me about my high deductible and high co-pay before my visit. Dr is knowledgeable but the way he treated is not professional.

Sat on my prescription for diabetic shoes for 4 months! Supposedly waiting on insurance approval. Uncooperative, rude and beligerent when i asked for a copy of my records in order to see an alternate physician. Do not see Alex Garcia. Even though he may be knowledgeable he is a crud.

I had been reluctant to see a Podiatrist, even though I had several foot problems. I am so thankful my primary physician referred me to Dr. Garcia. He has a calming personality, explains things fully, never makes you feel rushed. Dr. Garcia's office is well-run, there is never a long wait and the nurses and staff are very helpful and friendly. I look forward to my appointments because I know it will be a pleasant experience and my feet are "happy". Thank you Dr. Garcia and staff.

Had an awesome visit with Dr.Garcia! He got rid of an ingrown toenail for me, now i can run without pain. Thanks Doc! The staff was very helpful and I didn't have to wait long.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Check-in was quick and the use of the IPAD to fill out registration paperwork was user friendly. Dr. Alex Garcia was attentive to all my needs and provided recommendations on preventing further issues. I felt at ease with the procedures needed for my ailment. I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Garcia and highly recommend his services.

Long wait time in the waitroom, staff didn't realize I was there even though I had signed in, nurse was asking me questions about prescriptions and procedures completely unrelated to my treatment plan, even longer wait time in the exam room, exam room is uncomfortably warm, annoying patient who showed up one month early for her appointment was seen before me, left after an hour without seeing Dr Garcia
