Finally, a doctor that listens and offers helpful suggestions. Dr. Brown was courteous and truly seem to care about helping my situation. Would definitely recommend him. And he gave the Most comfortable Cortizone shot I have ever had.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, spent over 1:15 in your office and was never seen! Waste of my time.

Exceptional bedside manner. Very caring, professional and understanding.

Our visit was inconclusive. Sports injury while traveling in Florida for a short time and was seen by Dr Brown. Here are the main issues 1) Their office never picks up the phone, & it goes to a voice mail saying you're calling outside of office hours even tho always calling during office hours. Did not get any calls back from messages left. 2) MRI ordered for same day; could not be done there because they were overbooked, and they said they would forward the MRI order to the facility of our choice so he could get the MRI as soon as we got home. This was on Friday - it is now Tuesday afternoon, and he's been back since Sunday, and I've called every day Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon - each time they have no record of any conversation about forwarding the order, & it still hasn't been done. Needed an MRI immediately for a serious injury and still running in circles 5 days later - I do NOT recommend, I guess the imaging people only care if the service is being done in their own facility : (

From the minute, we walked into the office his assistant was kind and spoke up so that my husband could hear her when she asked him questions. She was efficient and thorough. When Dr. Brown walked in his personality is amazing. He has top rate listening skills, he examined my husband, diagnose him and treated him. I would definitely go back to Dr. Brown and his team.

Dr. Brown and staff were very friendly yet professional. I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Brown asked questions about my ankle injury examined it and came up with a solution. I was impressed with the ease of conversation I found at this office. I highly recommend him and his staff for any orthopedic needs.

I will make one comment about talking about personal stuff at the front desk. I don't believe it's professional to do and I witnessed it today. I take all my broken bones to SOS, ;) Love SOS here and Fleming Island.

Short wait. Very good manner by all personnel during visit. Physician Explained the nature of my injury over display of images. Ordered Immediate setup for meeting with surgeon. Also, ordered removal of temporary emergency cast and fitted a brace for increased comfort and mobility.I’m relived and satisfied with the encounter.
