Significant and Disrespectful Wait Time
Waited nearly an hour to be brought to room then additional waiting. Asked the oblivious or maybe just disrespectful desk staff for ETA and they said 2 minutes which really meant another 20 minutes of waiting.I understand things happen which push everyone back but the front desk should be made aware and need to communicate that to patients so they know the updated wait times.Plenty of other pain management practices so I suggest avoiding this one.

Hour and half late
Sat in exam room for hour and a half for her to come in and be nasty that she didn’t have time for me her words “ long story short you’re find no problems now leave” I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor . She said that I wasted her time. Yeah well what about my time that I can never get back

In multiple visits, this MD has always been late--very late. Her attitude is that she's always late and there's nothing she's going to do about it. This amounts to gross disrespect for the time of her patients, especially when her egotistical attitude is added.

Brilliant diagnostician and excellent experience
Dr. Polesin was quick to determine my back pain problem after reviewing all of my test results and pictures. She was able to provide to provide quick relief right at the first visit which made my pain a ton better within a day. She answered all of my questions and has a plan of care laid out. She is worth the trip!

After almost a year of back pains I was sent to Dr. Polesin. She reviewed my CT/MRI charts and made the right diagnosis and treatment. The corticosteroid injection worked. I lost a year of mobility with painful movement. I lost my desire to go to the mall. She is fantastic! I wish I had seen her a year ago.

I have been a patient of Dr. Polesin for several years. I went to her first for herniated disks in my back, and later for my chronic pain from CRPS. I have always found her very professional, willing to spend time with me no matter how long it took, and eager to help me get some relief from my pain. I have recommended her to many people .

No stars rating! But in the interest of helping future people looking up this Dr., I have to put one star. Went here hoping for help...got none. Chronic pain in cervical/neck, went hoping for treatment! After waiting about 2++ hours!, in a 5 MINUTE appointment I was totally blown off- told to find a massage therapist and told to buy a $300.00 traction machine- NOT covered by insurance, I found out , after she does not deal with it. But what is ALSO shocking here is that she continually retorts to her low ratings by posting the link to a PRIMARY CARE, 2015 doctor's article about wait time. SHE IS NOT A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN! So that article is IRRELEVANT. I would never recommend this doctor-besides the long wait times, she spent 5 minutes with me, supposedly analyzing and forming a " plan" for pain management. She had no time for or interest in me as a patient!

It was not a good one. I had a appointment for an epidural on April 23 I was on time but she was 90 minutes late which caused her patients to be stack up. There was no early warning a or any indication she was going to be late. So for a 15 procedure I was there over 3 hours. Then I had a follow up appointment for 9 AM Friday, May 3 we waited and waited we asked where she was and were told they didn’t where she was and she wasn’t responding to any calls. So we left at 10 AM and they never followed up after that. So I am seeing another doctor. Do not waste your time.

Dr. Polesin is a knowledgeable, caring and compassionate physician. She spends quality time with her patients and explains medications, tests and procedures. She also suggests non-invasive options that have worked well for my old injury which cannot be helped by surgery. Wait times can sometimes be a little long because she takes the time needed with complex patients. I don’t mind the occasional long wait because of the excellent care I receive.

I waited over an hour in the waiting room. I overheard another patient asking about her appointment at 11 (it was now 11:55). When I questioned the reception staff about my 11:30 appointment, at 12:30pm, they got someone to put me in an examining room. When she had still not shown up at 1pm, I left. There were two more patients in the waiting room for her at that point. Outrageous.
