Thorough and knowledgeable
Dr. Mack is such an understanding doctor. She is very thorough and answers any and all questions. She is very knowledgeable and explains things very well to her patients. I have been to 4 cardiologists and she is by far the best!

Thorough First Visit
Many times physicians are controlled by time constraints. My appointment was at 9:00. I was in the examination room by 9:10. I was most impressed with Dr. Mack through the entire visit. I was referred to her following hospitalization and extensive testing. She took a lot of time to review the records and asked many questions about symptoms, etc. Overall, I was very pleased with the time she took and recommendations.

Highly recommended
I had my first cardiologist visit a week before knee replacement. I was having some racing heart issues and was afraid it would cancel my much needed surgery but she assured me I would be fine and has several tests ready for me after surgery. I’m a retired nurse so this meant a lot to me. Glad I became her patient.

My first visit
I was very nervous not knowing what to expect but Dr. Macks team made me feel at home. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My intake consult with Dr. Mack was thorough and detailed. I appreciated her full person honest and caring approach to my health. She explained her plan for me as well as what I need to do. I am thankful to have her as my new cardiologist!!!

Best Cardiologist
Having a congenital heart defect, I've dealt with cardiologists my whole life. Dr. Mack is the first cardiologist I've ever actually liked. I appreciate that she doesn't infantilise me or treat me like I don't know my own body. The whole staff is really knowledgeable and friendly.

Finally a Dr. that listens
I really like Dr. Mack and her nurse Nesha. I feel like Dr. Mack listens to me, anytime I express concerns, she listens and make changes where needed. If I tell her I'm experiencing a certain side-effect, she will research it, notate my file and make changes. She is committed to helping me lower my blood pressure by having the right combination of medications.

Amazing
Definitely loved how thorough Dr Mack was. Even though I have medical background she still explains everything and why she ordering certain tests or why she’s not going to order certain tests just yet. She gives a very detailed plan of action.

Great Doctor!
This was one of the best experiences I have had with a Doctor. Dr. Mack was very friendly, but most important she listened to my concerns and was very thorough with explaining test results to me. I have never had a Doctor be so patient and break down things to layman terms like she did.

Easy to talk to!
Dr. Mack is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen. She is very relaxed and calm, not in a hurry like some other doctors. She asks questions and gets to know all that is happening in her patients’ lives as it pertains to their health. Her office staff is very pleasant and willing to accommodate you the best they can. Highly recommend!
