Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Robertson-Peete has been consistently disappointing. Every visit feels like a replay of the last — the same scripted speech focused on general prevention tips like hydration and protected sex, regardless of why you’re there. When I’ve tried to ask about more innovative or alternative treatments, she often seems unaware or dismissive, which gives the impression that she’s not staying current with medical advancements. As a PPO patient, I should have the freedom to see specialists without referrals, yet she makes the process unnecessarily difficult and gatekeeps access to care. Routine bloodwork appointments are also frustrating — you're required to see her before the blood is drawn, which adds over an hour to what should be a simple visit. This is not only inefficient but also feels exploitative when it’s billed as a full office visit instead of just labs. Her approach is extremely conservative, and she doesn’t appear to take a proactive or aggres

Very caring and great bed side manner
Dr Roberts was my primary care physician for over 5 years, now I have moved and was saddened to have to leave her medical group. She was such an amazing, caring and considerate doctor. Even would delve into mental health checkups and ask if I wanted any reference, just the fact that she asked and always checked warmed my heart. When I had some serious RA issues she showed true empathy and referred me immediately to a specialist. She never made me feel like a number or rushed our care, very grateful.

My family have been patients of Dr Roberts for seven years. Her lack of patience, caring, or interest in us as patients has been a deep concern and her attitude rubs off on the entire office staff, they just don't care or pay attention your needs. I have wanted to change Doctors for a while but I unfortunately did not get around to it. Our last visit on August 13 for my daughter's annual check up was so horrendous that I am done with her. Her staff brushed aside all questions we had on the phone, Dr Roberts would not speak, discuss or talk about any concerns my daughter or I had about health matters, we were pushed out, without any info on how to use a new prescription or the serious side effects it would have and she was so mean and mocking my daughter for not knowing our pharmacy(she was suppose to ask me but never came out to talk to me even when requested, she sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy). My daughter was actually scared to ask the Doctor about her allergies and my

Dr Roberts was new to me and I didn't know what to expect. She was very professional yet had a bedside manner that was very positive. Dr. Roberts went over my chart with me and explained all that she needed to. If I had to recommend a doctor to anyone or my friends I would recommend Dr. Roberts!

This physician was rushed and procedural. Did not listen to anything I had to say. She disregarded my concerns and although I care in for several reasons only one was helped with. (Just a referral that I could’ve gotten on the phone). Unbelievable experience. No one in my family will be seeing her anymore and I do not recommend seeing Dr. Roberts to anyone. Rude and terrible bedside manners.

I would highly discourage anyone from seeing this physician. She didn't have any sense of bedside matters and really was checking a box verses listening to my concerns. Even though I called ahead to get blood work done I was unable to get it complete due to a requirement of a physical which I was unaware of otherwise would have scheduled. She rolled her eyes during our session 2 times was rude and belittling. Worst doctor I have ever experienced!

I had an appointment with Dr Roberts and during the consult she was very nice and gave me my time but did not hear out my problem like I wished she did. She did not understand what I was trying to tell her. I had pelvic pain and instead order a abdominal ultrasound for gallstones. I had to call her back to tell her the ultrasound was made in the wrong area of my problem and she assure me that my pain was in the upper part of my body when I specifically showed where my pain was. Unprofessional.
