APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR 2:45 PM AND THE TEXT MESSAGES I RECEIVED ALSO SAID THAT I SHOULD GET THERE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULING TIME, I DID IT, ONLY TO BE KEEP WAITING UNTIL 4:00 PM. WHEN THE DOCTOR FINALLY CAME TO SEE ME, HE DID NOT WANT TO HEAR MY HISTORIC OF NOSE BLEEDING, AND WENT AWAY. THEN, HE SENT A MEMBER OF HIS STAFF BRINGING AN AUTHORIZATION FORM FOR ME TO SIGN AND CAME BACK TO LOOK INSIDE MY NOSE WITH A MINI CAMERA. THEN, HE DID WHAT HE SAID WAS A CAUTERIZATION E TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN SIX WEEKS

I recently visited Dr. Fernandez's office at West Kendall Baptist Medical Arts Building for a concern and then a followup. The office staff is friendly and it is easy to make an appointment. Dr. Fernandez is very knowledgeable and listens to his patients.

An extremely personable, and caring doctor. Took care of a cyst in my throat that required surgery - very soothing during this time. All went well - and I have had no issues. I have already sent my aunt, and now my mom to this awesome doctor! Highly recommend him!
