I will pay for his ignorance for the rest of my life. He removed a posterior portion of my second rib instead of the entire 1st rib as described in his operating report. He never told me what actually happened in my surgery. He hid the information so I would not be able to successfully file a medical malpractice claim. Please note if you see him that he works for the state of Texas. You will only be able to file a claim within 180 days from the date of the incident. He is well aware of the protection of the state of Texas. I would never see any physician associated with UNTHSC. The entire school, students and physicians are vile. Do not harm oath means nothing to them. I know most people cannot imagine this happening to them but it can. It is so shameful. Patients' well being do not matter to Dr. Yurvati and UNTHSC.

He’s the best. Very patient and explained everything. He cares about his patients. After surgery he was there every day to check on me and wouldn’t release me until he knew I had no problems and was ready to go home. I highly recommend him and wish all doctors and surgeons had his ethics’s.

He did a biopsy for me and made a huge cut in my neck.. when I went to see another doctor he couldn’t believe he actually made a huge incision instead of using a needle to get a sample. After I got my biopsy results he could not give me any answers from it so I just wasted time going to see him and had to go to another doctor anyway

The Doctor is a no non-since kind of guy. He tells it like he is both good and bad. and what he can do to help you. He is 150% for the patient no matter what time day or night. This is the kind of doctor I want in my families corner.

Most professional doctor I have been to in a long time. Accurate, thorough, took time to explain exactly what was going to occur. Had a Xiphoidectomy. Saw me before surgery, right after and the next morning for discharge is in a full suit. Cordial and informative to my wife. His staff took care of us well. Top Doc for sure!
