Does not follow up with his patients
Dr Yoo ghosted us after an unsuccessful surgery. Our family is living a nightmare, and he won’t help repair the mess made worse by his “expertise”.

I went to Dr. Yoo for a third opinion regarding some surgery I am facing. Dr. Yoo had been recommended to me by some very knowledgeable people. Some other family members went with me. We were very impressed by Dr. Yoo's demeanor, the way he explained things, the options he discussed and his experience. I have selected him to do the surgery.

I was very impressed with Dr Yoo and his staff. The wait to get back to a room was about 30 minutes though. Another 30 minutes to actually see Dr Yoo. He was very much worth the wait though. I was very nervous to begin with, given the medical issue I have. He explained it in a way that I could understand. I felt like he listened to me. I was equally impressed with his staff. Overall they are all excellent. I cannt recommend tgem highly enough.

Dr. Yoo saved my life with his professional expertise. I would recommend him to anyone who has to choose a neurosurgeon. He is very professional, easy to talk to and has the best bedside manners. My appointments with him are never rushed and very informing. When not an emergency he is very thorough in explaining treatments options and asking for your thoughts on all of the procedures. He is my HERO !

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Yoo and his staff. I was very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff, and especially the knowledge, approachable manner, and the amount of time that Dr. Yoo spent with me. He is a rare find, and definitely the kind of doctor and surgeon I have been looking for. I very highly recommend the North Texas Stroke Center and Dr. Yoo!!!
