Very long wait every time we came here. This office could not diagnose my sons illness because they ordered the test wrong so we had to go all the way to Arizona to find out that he has what SouthHills said he didn't have. If they ordered test right then we wouldn't have had to travel to get the correct dx!! I do not recommend any of these doctors.

What would you do? I've been suffering from GERD and much needed care. I'm sure Dr. Mason is good since he is licensed and certified in Nevada. The staff messed up my appointment. Would you not agree that he is only good as the overall care he provides? My first visit on Oct 2018 was promising. On second visit Dec 2018 at 2:30 PM I had to wait until the Doctor could see me. By 5:00 PM, starving,feeling pain in my stomach and disappointed, I sadly left the office.

Poor! No bed side manners! Does NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING EVEN WHEN YOU ASK! Never and I mean never answer phones or return messages!!! Would give 0 stars if I could!!!

I recently moved to Henderson from out of state. I did some research on local Gastroenterologists and decided to see Dr. Mason. This doctors office is quite possibly the unhappiest place on earth. When you walk in you immediately notice the bullet proof glass separating you from them. This pretty much sets the mood for your entire visit. I emailed a form authorizing them to obtain my medical records in preparation for my visit. It took a month to get an appointment so there was plenty of time.

Saw him about colonoscopy. He was short. Didn't explain anything. Didn't provide options. Seemed primarily interested in making money and getting out quickly. He didn't seem interested in any concerns I had about the sedation they use in the procedure. If you want bedside manner I would not recommend him.

So impressed,he is amazing ,didn't waist anytime taking care of my mom,gave her an appointment on Saturday and did her procedure Sunday morning .

Dr.mason has a poor attitude and seems like he don't care much for his job his staff is some of the worst i have ever seen they dont care about the patients they are in it for the money this is not good for the doctor or the patients
