Friendliest most helpful staff!
Been a patient since 2005. Dr A. Janerich is a veteran a great father and a wonderful doctor. The staff has always been good. But the present staff now...it's almost like visiting friends. They are so helpful. And no question is to small or dumb. John can explain things so clearly even before you see the doc. Dr. David is so thorough and easy to talk to. The PA Lyndsay is also so kind and helpful. I really love the "family" atmosphere each visit.

Love this place! Dr. David janerich is gentile and I experience no pain with procedures. Staff are super friendly. Dr. David's assistant John is awesome

I had to call this doctor's answering service to cancel an appointment for my grandmother. The staff member who answered the phone was exceptionally rude to me, and any questions or concerns I had were ignored just so he could get through his pre-determined script. He even got testy with me when I asked if I could leave my grandmother's number for call back, since they somehow called me instead of her to leave a reminder about the appointment. As a pre-med student myself, I believe that any doctor with poor enough judgment to hire such a rude staff member is not worth your time.

Dr. Janerich has always been a caring and dedicated doctor for me. He has helped me through many difficult surgeries through the years and is always there for my best interest making my life better. I recommend Dr. Janerich to anyone having difficulty with pain. Thank you

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone just because of his staff they are rude
