I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Duncan. He has taken my medical care to the next level. Always thought the world of Dr Duncan but now I don't know. Been with him 10 plus years. He was willing to keep me as patient when he moved on to MDVIP but apparently now he's not willing anymore and he hasn't let me know. All of a sudden, he quit responding. Called for test results, to see if we needed to come in or over phone. Never heard which. Need an annual in order to renew prescription but when leaving a message to make appointment he doesn't respond with approval or that he will no longer accept my non-MDVIP status. Left me hanging for two months now and cost me time to find another dr before my med runs out. I just needed an answer. When he went MDVIP, he explained it was so he could give his patients better, more personalized care. But ignoring calls is not better care. I cannot pay insurance premiums, deductibles, co-insurance and then throw MDVIP fees in on top of it all. Wish he'd just have told me to move on instead of leading me along and dumping me.

Dr Albert Duncan and I have shared a doctor-patient relationship for 20 years.He is a calm, friendly person with a smile and a sense of humor. A kind of personone would like as a next door neighbor.He has earned my trust by always listening to my concerns and his attention to detail.I appreciate his communicating information in a way that is clearly understandable.I feel he has a real concern for my health.I hope our relationship continues for a very long time.

Caring, knowledgeable, personable, never rushed, Always takes your concerns seriously and thoroughly discusses options for treatment with you. He does not just prescribe medications first but takes the more time consuming route of other alternatives first. He understands all medications have side effects and effects on your health and he explores life style changes first. He will quickly give referrals if appropriate. He has always been responsive to any requests or needs. His office has always been friendly, efficient, and professional. I have never had difficulty getting an appt with him. Jene’ is one of the best MAs I have ever encountered. I hope she never leaves him!He and his office is highly recommended!

Dr. Duncan is great! Personable, patient and explains what is going on and why. Best doctor I have encountered in Colorado Springs. Very pleased and worth the wait to get in to see him.

By far the most logical, trustworthy, educated Doctor Who gives it to you straight up. Tests ordered when needed only. Very comfortable to interact with and discuss issues openly. OUTSTANDING doctor, worth a visit if you're in need of a PCP. Takes time to get an appointment but once seen it's much easier thereafter.

Dr. Duncan is great but his staff--but his MA doesn't know what she is doing. After years of seeing him, I had to leave cause of all her screw ups. Adrian is not trustworthy or reliable. Appointments are hard to get in a timely manner & are rescheduled many times. I can not recommend this office any longer
