Not trustworthy
Short visit, wasn't focused on what was going on with me because she didn't read the notes in the portal and her RN never relayed the message to her that I sent. I would not have seen this MD if I had known this was going to happen. Long, long wait for to see her, no communication, her notes had the wrong diagnosis in my history, I don't know where she got it from, took me every day requesting her to correct it, she ignored all my requests for 2 weeks. It was critical that she took off the wrong diagnosis but she ignored it 100%. . She didn't care at all what she put me through because of her error in charting. Then I was told she used the diagnosis due to the dry eye drops I was using. Unreal. I would never go back to her again. The visit and the stress was worthless and the stress of her ignoring the urgency of correcting her error on the notes threw me over the edge. I'm through with her.

45 minute wait on phone for appointment
When someone finally answered, after 45 minutes on hold, I was told she didn’t have any appointments for 3 months. I said ok, please schedule me then and please put me on a waiting list for cancellations. The “lack of”customer service rep said her book wasn’t open for that time period and I’d have to call back. When I objected to waiting another 45 minutes the “lack of” customer service rep hung up on me. Very nice Jefferson.

Researched for a Urologist based on credentials, reviews and experience. Dr. Alana Murphy fit all of my criteria. She was even more incredible than I expected. She was very professional, listened to my concerns and explained everything, even before I could formulate my questions. She has an incredibly reassuring bedside manner. I would highly recommend her for anyone, especially females due to her compassion and knowledge.

She is a lifesaver and gave me hope. Last doctor I saw said I’m screwed for life. Dr. Murphy is giving me a chance at pain free life without giving me so much unnecessary medication. I 100% recommended her especially for IC patients. She is super nice!

Definitely pleased (beyond expectation) with my (first) visit. Dr. Murphy explained thoroughly what I needed to know, leaving me confident I could count on her. Was not rushed at all and I asked a lot of questions. Very nice person.
