Awful customer service
I went there for two reasons. First - to get a new doctor, because I had new insurance. Secondly, to get a refill for a prescription. Old doctor wanted me to come in to get the refill. But, sans insurance for that doctor, had to find a new one. This guy, nice enough fellow. He saw I had some skin issue, prescribed an antifungal cream that I had a reaction to. I called the office, and was told I needed to make an appointment just so the guy could see my face and prescribe something new. (I turned lobster red where the cream was applied. Blisters, too.) This woman could see my face and still wouldn't just go back and talk to the doctor. Now, 18 months later he wants me to come in before I get a refill for a prescription I'll have to take for the rest of my life? A money grab is what it is.

I hate leaving a bad review, but Dr. Sherman has some problems. He doesn't make eye contact or engage in any conversation. He yawns and makes snorting noises with his nose and mouth, but he never asks questions, or even seemed mentally present in the room. Dr. Sherman gives the impression that he is one of those low level physicians playing a numbers game to diagnose and treat without taking the time to look at the entire patient. I pay too much for health care to waste my time with a doctor like this.

Accompanied sister-in-law for 9 am appointment. Got called back around 1030. After doctor spent ONE hour inputting insurance he checked vitals and left, giving no instructions. A nurse then set up an apt for a test at the hospital on her foot and told SIL they had to do blood work and get urine sample. We finally got out of the office at noon. It felt as though insurance company diagnosed, not the doctor. Terrible experience.

I used to be a patient of Michelle Jackson and had a very bad experience and changed to Dr Sherman and his nurse Stacey and it has been the best thing I have ever done. They really take care of me and actually care about you.
