Misleading and unprofessional
I made an appointment so Dr Oster could help me fill out some disability paperwork. He said he would be happy to help me. I waited for two weeks thinking he had done just that. My lawyer called me asking where these forms were. I gave doctor Oster’s office a call. I was greeted by a very rude and unprofessional receptionist. Will just say her name is D. She made me feel like I was not worthy of her time and come to find out my paperwork had been sitting there for two weeks. This is at the end of my case and they were time sensitive. I ask her about them and she kept giving me excuses why the doctor hadn’t filled them out and she would get back to me. I waited four more days and no response. So I called back and she was very cold. She told me doctor had no intention of helping with my paperwork. I was lied too my face. It was devastating and my surgery was sloppy. My hip now pinches me and has opened a wound that won’t heal

Dr. Oster has been my ortho doctor for approximately 2 years now. He has always been kind and professional. I would recommend him highly.
