Dr. Michels is great but his office people Suck. They don't pick up the phone and when you text it takes 3 to 4 days to get a message back. Your lucky if you get someone to call back from his office. Its to bad cause he is a good doctor and his office people i'm sure have cost him some business to be lost.

Dr Michels is great, but his staff makes it quite difficult to even get an appointment! I've had to go elsewhere because I couldn't get anyone on the phone for days, they wouldn't return messages or call back. Where I went in to the office to try to make an appointment I was treated like I was an irritatin and a huge inconvenience.

Dr Michaels is probably one of the finest doctors in Payson. However, his office staff is probably one of the worst!

Dr. Michels accepted my 87yrs. old mother as a patient. She was seen once by him, he was very good with her. No complaints with him at all. The office staff has not been helpful at all when she needs medicine refills! After 6 repeated visits to ask for refill assistance, they had no compassion that she was out of medication after 4 office visits to get a prescription and no attempt to call the pharmacy. They abandoned an 87yrs. old woman with dementia and out of meds and high blood pressure. Sad

Dr. Michels is wonderful if you can get in to see him, but don't count on his staff to do much of anything correctly, or to be respectful and honest with you.
