Dr. Alan Melotek, MD

I am giving Dr. Melotek five stars only because they won't let me go higher than that. Dr. Melotek has been my doctor for decades. He takes everything seriously without being an alarmist. I will be devastated when he ever retires

He cared for both my parents. They loved him. I now am looking for a doctor in the area. I will definitely call him

Do not go to this arrogant evil doctor. My parents have been patients of his for 15 years and this doctor just threw my parents out of his practice because they dared tell him that his prescriptions for my father was not working. After heart surgery this scum bag didn’t even check on my dad in hospital nor did he even call. He is a scum bag and a hack who takes advantage of elderly patients. We are reporting him to the medical board and advise that no one goes to see this jerk

He is a wonderful doctor. I would not be alive today if it were not for him. In just a regular physical he discovered an unknown condition that I would have died from.

Melotek is one of the most thorough doctors I’ve ever visited in over 70 years. He has an incredible memory, very won’t you say “I remember 3 years ago we talked about “xxx”. Have you ever had problems again with that?” He follows complex issues and digs for answers. I remember one time him calling from an airport to give me information he’d wanted me to have before leaving town. If you need a specialist, he refers you to only the best. My only fear with him is that he’ll retire before my body does!

Had him for 23 years before moving out of state. Best doctor I ever had. He was able to diagnose a couple of serious conditions before they were fatal. He made regular rounds at Boca Regional when I was admitted, and consulted frequently with colleagues and associates there.

Consummate Professional. Treatts my health issues, extremely knowledgeable and caring. A no nonsense physician who finds medical solutions where I thought there were none.

Dr melotek is very thorough and an excellant diagnostician. He talks to you as he examines.

Great Doctor

My primary physician. Very thorough!

Great doctor if you need a Z-pack for a sinus infection or maybe even to diagnose the cause of a heart palpitation. However, if you need an advocate at the hospital for a serious ailment, do not count on him. He does not go to the hospital, and he has no referring physicians at the area hospitals. Moreover, he won't even call back your loved one to help with the treatment. Steer clear, if you want more than a good health doctor.

Dr Melotek is truly a Dr that cares, pays attention and comes up with answers. I enjoy my relationship with he and his office .

To make you laugh, I referred my associate to Dr. Melotek for general medical health issues. I explained to my associate that Dr. Melotek is truly an excellent diagnostic doctor. I further explained that it takes time for him to warm up to you (because he really focuses on your complaints). I then googled Dr. Melotek and the most recent review from 12/24/15 asserted exactly what I told my associate.

He is a genius. Diagnosis is always right on. When you get to know him, he has a great sense of humor and goes out of his way to be sure patients are well cared for. He has been our Doctor over 20 years and we wouldn't trade him for anything. He always takes the time we need to answer questions.
