Lousy Manner
When I made the appointment for an eye exam I asked if the doctor would do it. They said yes, which I confirmed when I checked in. When a young girl started the exam, I said 'nothing personal' and I asked for the doc. He came and asked 'is there a problem?' I said I wanted the doc to do it. He said 'she does it all the time'. He asked who I would like to do it and I said 'the most qualified person.' He said that would be her and walked out of the room. Terrible manner and I would never go back.

Besides diagnosing and attending to my cataracts, Dr. Alan Malouf is a consumate precisionist and most recently attended successfully to my on-going eyelid stye. He also suggested a visit to a dermatologist since my many hours outdoors has causedd my facial skin to flake and show other signs needing attention. His staff is both cordial and extremely knowledgeable.
