My husband had an appointment with Denise who quickly found a problem spot that turned out to be melanoma. :( Denise got us an appointment with Dr. Levine for surgery. Dr. Levine and her nurse Rachel were amazing and very patient with the amount of questions we had. They both explained the process in a very understandable way which eased our anxiety about everything and we can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend any of the doctors at Levy Dermatology for all of your skin needs.

You won’t find a better, more kind, and professional staff than those at Levy Dermatology. From scheduling to reception to Drs and Nurses it was a great experience.

False Billing Practice - went it for an examination for my daughter and there was a visible exam followed by prescription. 2 months later got a HUGE bill for a 'procedure' they claimed they did on my daughter. Nothing of that happened. But in the end since they GO WITH THEIR NOTES and I did not want my name into collections for fault of someone else - had to end up paying. Now exploring legal options. Please do yourself a favor - give written permissions for anything that happens or BEST OF ALL .. get another doctor.

Totally pleased with surgery on my back. Dr Levine was awesome.

Great experience. The location was perfect distance for me, not a long wait in either the lobby nor exam room, and most importantly...the customer service was great. Everyone was welcoming, as I was a new customer. Dr. Burgess identified a plan of action and I can see a difference with my skin. I recommend to all.

All my experiences have been excellent for more than a decade.

This was my first visit to Levy Dermatology, and I will not be returning. The staff is perfectly friendly, but the information given over the phone was misleading. I called the office to have a cyst removed, and on the phone I asked if the nurse I was seeing would be able to perform the procedure. I was told "Oh yes! All of our nurses and doctors can do that. She'll be able to take care of it". So I arrived for my appointment glad that this would be taken care of. It wasn't. I was charged $65 for the nurse to measure the cyst, which took all of ten seconds, and tell me I would need to make another appointment for the actual procedure with Dr. Levy. The procedure cost, however, was astronomical! A friend had the same procedure done elsewhere for literally half the price (on her initial appointment). I left my appointment feeling robbed and frustrated.

This was my first time to see a Dermatologist. I saw Dr. Levy's assistant Denise Shepler. She was very professional and thorough and explained everything to my understanding. I was very pleased with the atmosphere of the office and the friendly and pleasant receptionist as they welcomed me into the office for the first time.

I was a new patient at 53 and apprehensive about the swap in venues but all was well from the pleasant staff (big change from my old doc) to the bright, clean facility to the nurse and to Dr. Levine herself. The nurse was very personable and helpful and Dr. Levine was wise and efficient, thorough and professional yet humorous and thoughtful. They also followed through with an out of town home delivery pharmacy; I did no work myself yet quickly received the RX.

Extremely efficient and caring. Short wait time. Was able to be worked in the next day after calling. Great follow up on my condition. Pleasant atmosphere and staff.

I see his nurse practitioner at the Collierville office and love her!

Every person I met at Levy Dermatology was very professional, very concerned about helping me in every way, and they all smiled and treated me like I was their friend! Dr. Levy was very professional, friendly, and very talented at his job. He took time to explain the MOHS surgery during my consultation visit. The day of surgery he was very upbeat and reassuring. I liked that when he was doing the actual surgery he was all business and totally focused on what he was doing.

I attended a free skin cancer screening and saw Dr. Huber at the Collierville office...he was very nice and very thorough. He discovered a possible Basal Cell Carcinoma on my back. I went to the Memphis office and Dr. Levine performed the biopsy and subsequent excision...she and her assistants were awesome! The staff at both offices is great...very friendly, courteous and professional. I have already recommended Levy Dermatology to several friends!

I highly recommend Dr. Levy, Lauren Plyler, and the staff. I have a strong history of squamous cell and basal cell carcinomas. I had a hard time finding a doc I felt comfortable with that was proficient in MOHS after mine retired. Dr. Levy and Lauren were very thorough and explained what they were doing and why along each step. I would recommend them to anyone.
