We are beyond grateful for Dr. Carpenter, Mrs. Carpenter and his staff. Dr. Carpenter went above and beyond for my moms health. He and his staff have provided our family with exceptional medical care for 9 years. Upper Valley provides medical care that make you feel like your health is priority over anything else. Upper Valley provides superior medical expertise and heartfelt kindness. Many other clinics, doctors office and urgent cares lack what Upper Valley offers. We drive a long distant from Horizon City because we value their quality service. Thank you Dr Carpenter and Upper Valley Urgent Care for caring for us and providing exceptional service.
