Disorganized, unhappy staff. minimal care offered.
I sat for hours every time. I was tested pft every visit then have a nice day see you next month for more cash cow billing of testing with little to no effort on pulmonary improvement. I was billed as a no show for A missed appointment as I was diverted to er instead, then When Dr A did not show and I sat for 3 hours when I billed him I was treated very harshly by Office manager. I know of 4 others who quit the same day I demanded my records and that was a battle too. It took me 8 months to get papers to Medicare to continue Oxygen. I was told they never received the paperwork but I pointed it out sitting on a side shelf. Again I was treated verbally harsh and uncooperatively.

I can't get a visit! I've called and left numerous messages trying to get someone on the phone. I'm a patient who was recently released from the hospital. Hospital told me to follow-up with my pulmonolagist. I would love to, but after 3 weeks and still no call back, am changing doctors.

There was NO visit allowed today!! My wife made an appt for her 82 yo father, with emphysema, who has been under Dr A's treatment for over a year, so he could get a refill of essential medication, which the staff would not refill without an appt (even with the Corona virus rampant, and my father-in-laws very high risk status). When he got to the doctor's office this am, the staff would not allow him to be seen because of an alleged outstanding debt of $32!! In fact my wife mailed a check for that bill over a month ago. Any other doctor's office would have simply ask that the bill be paid on the spot (cash or credit card), and proceeded to allow the patient to be seen. Since this happened, my wife has been trying to call the office to report she has paid the bill (she wasn't there this am for the aborted appointment), but no one answers the phone, with repeated calls made.

I made an appt. w/Dr. Alrabbat in good faith. I gave the front desk women All my insurance information to pay for the offc visit: but they never processed it!!! Instead, they’ve been persistently sending me a bill for $264.00. I even drove back there, to show the women at the front desk, my insurance card again, but, the woman behind the window, quickly dismissed me, and told me to “call this number.” I have called them countless of times, leaving messages w/my insurance information, and they have NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. So, I called my insurance provider twice, and they told me, Dr.Alrabbat’s offc. staff never even presented the bill to my insurance provider for processing!!! People need to be their own best advocates when it comes to their own health, and having a good doctor. The red flags about this practice should not be ignored.

I thought it was odd first time I tried to call & they didn't return my phone call. Staff said they were having phone troubles. Went to this dr for 6 months. Dr was ok. but the staff is completely inept except for one young woman who worked there that whole 6 months. All other staff was different just about every time. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!! Phones don't even always go to voicemail. They don't return phone calls, even after I told the dr about it. It took TWO WEEKS and SIX phone calls to get my prescription refilled. That was the last straw. Read the other reviews. I should have heeded them before I went to this doctor. If his staff is that bad, then something is wrong with his leadership.

Dr. Alrabbat is a great pulmonolgist. I saw him for the first time the other day. He takes time to understand and to get to the bottom of your diagnosis and really wants to find solutions. His nurse is sweet but the 2 receptionist are very rude and do not care. I called twice to get an answer and they blow you off. Go straight to his nurse. The receptionists need to be replaced. They are very unfriendly.

I will suffer whatever fate I may have before I ever darken their door. Staff is rude, unhelpful. Location not accessible due to no signs, no help from hospital staff either. Never saw dr. and after reading reviews, can see why more patients not pleased either. My GP actually referred me to him.

Did not take the time to notice I had bronchitis, Instead rushed me through his office and gave me cough pearls. Next day was told my surgery couldn’t go through because of my lungs, after I explicitly asked if it could go ahead the day before. It took the anesthesiologist cancelling my operation moments before I was taken to the OR. Most office staff is rude. Also, never received a return call after I called about the severity of my breathing. My advice, GO ELSEWHERE!
