I can echo some of the other comments. She is extremely rushed and rude and she will not even give you the time of day. Saw her for all of 10 minutes and she makes rushed calls when she hasn’t even seen all the facts. Her bedside manner is absolutely horrible.

Terrible
Horrible bedside manner, rude, and gave me patently incorrect information, contradicting what other doctors have told me in the past. Completely unhelpful and a horrible experience. Waste of time. See another doctor.

not recommended
I saw Dr. Goyal once. disappointment. waste of time and money. Goyal was surprisingly unknowledgeable. she's also a poor thinker. it's always concerning when a doctor says some explanation is flat-out wrong (and with little knowledge of the patient), dismissing the fact that scientific research is ongoing and much is still left unknown. she contradicted information given by my previous doctor and was unaware of well-established research in her field.

She didn't appear interested and prescribed a solution that was inappropriate (ineffective with side effects). After three visits of spinning wheels, I went to another doctor who after one visit and labs, diagnosed the problem and recommended surgery. It was highly successful. He was attentive, interested, skilled and clear in communications.

I was a patient of Dr. Goyal for about a year. I decided to drive in for my appointment that afternoon. I made it 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic. I get there and Dr. Goyal decided she would turn me away. I know being late is considered rude but I waited 3 months to see her and aside from that her consultations with me were typically between 5 to 10 minutes long, she is also inaccessible at all times. I ended up having to switch to a different endocrinologist that saw me the same day.

I found Dr. Goyal unprofessional and careless. I will never see her again. The 1x she saw me for 10 min. I told her I'm having rapid hair loss. She did not respond and left..2nd visit toldher again about hair loss. She said she did not deal with hair issues. I said everyone is telling me to see an endocrinologist for this problem. She said she did not deal with hair issues. I said everyone is telling me to see an endocrinologist for this problem. She is irresponsible and unprofessional.
