Dr. Siddiqui missed diagnosis
Very intelligent but pain relief never achieved. Seen for several years and recently diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome which Dr. Siddiqui missed. I have had surgery, procedures with residual pain lasting weeks afterwards with no one realizing this was CRPS. Now it has progressed and flare ups last longer and are more painful. All pain management physicians should be retrained on CRPS to recognize it.

I've been seeing Dr. Siddiqui for about 1.5 years... I was referred to him by my primary care doctor. First, it must be said that every single person that I've dealt with at St. Luke's (Phillipsburg, NJ location) has been nothing short of AWESOME! They're not only very professional, they're ALL exceedingly nice and helpful. I'm 62 and unfortunately have a rather long and difficult medical history with my neck and entire spine. Multiple extensive surgeries which stabilized the spine, but offered no pain relief. Working together with Dr. Siddiqui, we're doing a multi faceted approach of PT, physical therapy, meditation and medication. Dr. Siddiqui has always been highly professional, empathetic, and instills confidence in me as his patient. Lastly, St. Luke's Spine Center is so efficiently run that the longest I've had to sit in the waiting room was 20 minutes, usually no more than 10 minutes. From the environment, to the staffing, to Dr. Siddiqui... I'm impressed.

Displayed no compassion. Kept pushing pain stimulator (against my surgeon’s opinion of no), acted like was on a bonus for the most inserts. Refused to provide any other modalities, and lied to me saying I would feel more pain if he performed epidurals. His bedside attitude is poor. He also invaded my HIPAA privacy by ridiculing me in a common area hallway of the office. This was uncalled for and he lacks professionalism to say the least. I have since found another pain management provider who listens to my concerns (not argue with me), provided to me procedures that have helped my pain and they treat me with compassion. I’m deeply disgusted that I wasted my time and my pain with him!

Before ever visiting he told my pcp i needed to go off of all pain meds, and i was in pain because of the meds. Without ever seeing me. Upon getting there my sugar was low and i was having difficulty renewing exact dates which i told him. He responded that they had nothing to help me and kept pressing. I will never return to this man as hecis an assuming narrow minded individual with little to no care or effort to meet and get to know his patients.

NEVER! The Phillipsburg office is dirty, the staff is untrained. But that is nothing compared to Dr. Siddiqui. He spent 5 minutes with me. Mostly to criticize my surgeon for not providing pain medication. He actually called this outstanding Doctor a cruel and then... he did not prescribe any pain medication. After lightly tapping to check my reflexes he said my recovery would take 6 months after the surgery. It's been 2 months since my surgery and I have not felt this strong in years.
