I called the office recommended by my pharmacy because my current doctor is no longer practicing medicine. When I spoke to the front desk explained my situation and what I take The Woman in an Extremley judgmental and rudely stated "We Do Not Contribute to The Opioid Epidemic ". Even so She Had No Right To Speak to Me the way she did.

MY VISITS HERE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. EVERYONE IS VERY PLEASANT AND I WOULD REFER DOCTOR VARMA TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Polite, courteous, professional. There's never a long wait to be seen. Highly recommend Dr. Varma, and Gramercy Pain Center to other people in need of Interventional Pain Medicine.

I have already had 2 reviews rejected by the Moderators in regards to this Gentleman. Look, If your looking for a Pain Mgmnt. Dr. ---- Look elsewhere ! Just not a good guy ! Last visit in Aug, 2021 - My lower back , which I have had multiple surgeries on, I was in excruciating pain as Varma was preparing me for Injections to relieve some of my misery, I used some COLOFUL language as he examined - TOLD me not use such language, a brief debate ensued. Varma, so caring, told me to FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR ! - I left his office VERY angry, without the Injections and in near crippling Pain. If there is a redeeming part of his practice (I have not met his partner !) The staff, including Karina and Megan are outstanding ! I hope I cleaned this review up enough, for it to be posted !

Every visit has been satisfactory. I really don’t mind waiting as the doctor will spend as much time with you as he did with his previous patient. Trust me when I tell you, you will be more than satisfied with the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Varma is right to the point, he helped me and made sure I was taken care of and getting better after every visit. He always gives me good input to keep achieving my goals in getting stronger and healthier. He is helpful anytime I need him I can call the office and everyone is so pleasant. The office is always clean and sanitized. he is perfect. Highly recommended.

Gramercy staff is the best! Dr. Varma has great bedside manners and cares about your well being. I would recommend him to anyone in pain.

Dr. Varma is very stern but knows what he is talking about, never rushes my appointment, listens which is most important, Unlike other doctors he cares. My two girls at the front desk Karina & Megan are awesome! You will adore the two of them. I definitely recommend Dr. Varma and his office.

He's very compassionate and understanding of my needs. I believe he's highly professional in his field. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing excruciating pain or in need of constant pain relief.

I've known Dr. Varma for a decade now and have referred numerous patients to him. All of which were satisfied with his services. Today I found the need for his services myself. I strained my low back working on patient. I called his office and they said they would get me in ASAP. Within two hours I am pain free. "Thank You DOC!" The professional services provided were performed beyond my expectations and the results even better. I returned to my office pain free and able to see my patients.

Dr. Varma is a very dedicated & personable doctor. His professional guidance w/my pain is above & beyond. He will always try various methods and/or modalities of treatment to help alleviate my chronic pain. I appreciate everything he does for me. I have great admiration & respect for Dr. Varma. Dr Varna lacks personality , compassion, and professionalism. Personally overhead him discussing patients conditions with applucent for receptionist position who was not hired.
