Great doctor. People often mention that he's behind on his appointments, but they never complain about their own appointments running longer than the usual 10 minutes most doctors allocate. He's the first doctor to perform all the necessary tests to rule out any disease.

If you’d like to be in the waiting room for 2-4 hours, he’s the doctor to go to. Dr. Mitter likes to talk about himself for long periods of time, causing patient schedules to run far behind. If you ask question about your condition, he looks at you like you’re the stupidest person in the world. It’s disgusting. I’ve talked with many of his patients and we all have similar experiences. We know more about his life than we do about our cancer! A truly arrogant doctor.

He is very rude and arrogant. He sat in a chair and texted during my entire appointment while the nurse asked me all the questions. I asked him to repeat himself at the very end and he repeated himself once he was already walking away down the hall. Which i still did not hear what he said. Appointments run 3+ hours behind. Very frustrating

I had to see this guy after my surgery due to severe dehydration. He fixed that, but then convinced me to go to a shady hospital bc he thought I was anorexic (obv I am not). I was losing weight for unknown reasons, I still do not know why. Anyway, the other MD observing me gave me an appetite stimulant, and I ate fine. Mitter wanted them to put a tube in my stomach, but the other MD wouldn't let that happen, thank god. I was released & never saw this guy again. I am now well btw!
