Receptionist not at all friendly, always looks like she’s in a very bad mood, her attitude sets the tone for the visit I’m sorry to say

Dr Ahmed was very thorough in his exam and ordered the necessary tests for my condition. He was much more thorough than any doctor I have seen in any other practice in a long time and was determined to get to the bottom of my illness. Five stars all around

Dr Ahmed was very clear about my pain issues and ordered all necessary testing and patiently answered all of my questions I am def recommending this practice to anyone I know the staff was very nice as well!!

I waited a long time in exam room. A resident named Dr. Chima came in & went over extensive question sheet. He had no personality & was put off that I could not recall every piece of medical history dating back 15 yrs . I told him he wasn’t kind & I was uncomfortable. Then I heard him go to Dr.Ahmed & prep him for his visit with me. Dr.Ahmed has THE coldest manner, curt. Doubted my Lupus condition & treated me accordingly because of my past treatment from other rheumatologists. I had to pause the appt to tell him he shouldn’t be treating me this way because of my rheumatology history- that’s on that rheumatologist, not me. I asked for a low dose steroid to help me through a flare-up. He refused. Acted as if I asked him for heroin. I take ZERO meds other than OTC. He suggested Tai Chi. Told me a patient like me will never lose weight on my own & suggested Mather for bariatric surgery or injections. Seriously?! Tbh, he was put off by my weight & treated me accordingly. Never again.

I have seen Dr Ahmed for many years.He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He works well my other doctors which helps in finding a solution to my situation. I highly recommend him.

Extremely thorough and professional doctor with a very supportive staff

This was my first visit with Dr. Ahmed. I was very impressed with his interest in my entire medical history as well as specific concerns regarding his specialty. His input was valuable and I will follow up with his treatment suggestions and tests. He was patient, pleasant and did not rush the session.

Dr. Ahmed did more for me in six months then my prior rheumatologist had done in years! I find him to be kind, patient and thorough. His staff is very friendly, caring and professional. I’ve only had a waiting issue once and it happens sometimes; nothing new and I’ve waited in other drs’ offices where the wait is always a problem - speak up or reschedule if you must but This Dr. has helped me immensely.

I have joint pains

Everyone had excellent bed side manners. Polite and courteous staff. The doctor was very thorough and educated me my condition.

He is a good rheumatologist

Dr. Ahmed is a patient and knowledgeable. He takes time to access your illness and advises on alternative methods for dealing with your symptoms.

Dr. Ahmed is very pleasant and treated my ailment with care. Very professional, amicable and caring. His office is extremely clean and neat and staff are adorable. I will continue to visit him for my long term treatment.

Dr Ahmed has all of the qualities I appreciate in a doctor. He is patient, thorough, focused, organized and obviously very knowledgeable. He has a calm no-nonsense approach that is very professional and reassuring.

I made an appointment with Dr. Ahmed based on a recommendation from a friend after having difficulty getting an appointment with an endocrinologist to discuss my new diagnosis of Osteoporosis. It was easy to get an appointment and the office staff was helpful. Dr. Ahmed took time to review my medical history and clearly explained treatment options. He patiently listened to my questions and addressed my concerns. I was very satisfied with the encounter.

First visit I was not very impressed. Physical exam was looking at my hands, then laying down as he proceeded to bend my left and right leg. That was the extent of my physical exam. This is why I had to take my clothes off for?! There was nothing new that he had to offer. Sent me for a number of xrays and bloodtests. Received an email to join a site to read what we discussed, "in case I forgot." It had nothing written from the doctor about my visit nor anything we discussed. All that was there was a way to pay any outstanding bill. Called to get results 5 x, with no return call. Finally got a call back. Second visit I waited in the examining room for about 23 minutes and he finally told me he was calling for the results of my bloodtests...I had them why didn't he? I told him I was ready to leave...he said, that's your choice. I will never go back nor would I ever recommend this doctor.

Dr. Ahmed is professional and caring. I recommend him highly.
