Dr. Ahmed Mekkawy, MD

Dr Mekkawy is very thorough, listens to your complaints and explains diagnoses thoroughly. Follows-up with treatment and after care, takes his time with patient’s you never feel rushed.Office staff is fantastic, can’t say enough about how wonderful Cindy is, any insurance issues or referrals needed she is there to help you! Office is always clean and wait time is minimal!I would and have referred patients to this office

This was my first consultation with Dr. Mekkawy related to a chronic issue. My appointment was as scheduled, and it did not go unnoticed that the waiting area and examination areas were nice and clean. After answering questions about my condition and sharing some medical history, Dr. Mekkawy was able to provide relevant insight and viable options for my recovery. More importantly, it appears that he listens to his patients and gives clear responses. It was also great to interact with Ms. Cindy and other office staff who made my visit feel welcoming.

I would give him a zero but it wouldn’t let me. My father went to him with lumps all over his body and “pneumonia” for 2 months. My father couldn’t bathe or urinate by himself. Someone had to walk him. This quack wrote him out a script for a ct scan and sent him on his way. And to return January 12. I didn’t know any of this until after the fact. Anyway, my father was rushed to the ER 5 days later but the doctor was on vacation. My father died of stage 4 lung cancer 10 days later on January 9th. My father was 62 years old.

Dr mekkawy is a good doctor however the office manager Cindy is a rude person looks at u with a smirk on her face indicating she believes you are lying. When I told her they would be loosing 2 patients the look on her face was big deal. The sad part is that Dr Mekkawy will probably never know why we are no longer patients. Cannot deal with that type of attitude

doctor is very good but the staff is the worst.Always treat the patients with disrespect.Once one of them stick the thermometer in my ear so far in,it hurts really bad

Office staff is very rude. Doctor in my opinion is fair.

He's very personable, explains things in layman's terms so that you can understand what he's explaining to you. He's just an all around good Dr.
