Dr. Kemmou might be OK if you can get past his rude office staff. I never was able to see him account of his office staff so rude and unfriendly. I called on a monday 3/5/18 to make a appointment after a referral from my Dr. I was told to call back on tuesday 3/6/18 that they do not make appointments on monday. {WHY}., very sarcastic. I called on tuesday tried to make a appointment informed me they are to busy and would call me latter that day.no response this is sat 3/10/18.finding another DR.
