My sister is was transported by ambulance to the Ed Fraser Memorial “ER” from a fall. This is the WORST hospital I’ve ever been to and “Dr.” Ahmed Abdelmagid is the worst doctor and staf f is like an uncaring zombie. She’s complaining about her knee and her neck and back and the doctor only did an X-ray on her knee but refuses to do an X-ray on her neck and back. He comes across as a NARCISSIST who can care less. This “doctor” and I use that word lightly, is the worst excuse of a medical care provider and is in the wrong field. He never even prescribed her any medications for her sever pain. He is a joke. I simply asked him why they’re not doing an X-ray on her neck and back and he catches an attitude and starts saying he’s the doctor and it’s no need for it. My sister and I complaining to the nurse about symptoms and possible reactions to the medication they gave her and the nurse sits there as if she’s mute.. No response, nothing. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the health department and we’re going to another ER when we leave this place.
