Dr. Ahmad Kasraeian, MD

This office staff is a nightmare. i waited to weeks for someone to call me back. I went into the office. I talked to the office manager and nurse practioner. Someone from he office called me over a week ago. I have yet to get an answer concerning an MRI. I was to have done. Run from this office. The most terrible thing about his office is I wonder if the doctors know what takes place in this office. I am going to call help grades about this horrible office. I am glad I went to another urologist.

Went only once has no personality and practically ignores you when you are speaking. Asks if you have questions but does not give direct answers and very short with patient. Unfortunately limited with insurance benefits to find another urologist. Waiting three weeks for results of CT scan it is an urgent matter and does not make himself available to discuss situation over phone. Too old to practice.

Run, don't walk, away from this practice! First call to schedule an appt and had to leave a message. The call was returned ONE WEEK later. Three visits and I have yet to see a doctor - only a P.A. When I spoke to him about my issues with no one answering the phone or returning calls on any of my attempts to reach the office, he proceeded to get angry and let loose on me with a full 4 minute rant, whick ended with tellung me to physically come in if I needed anything. Many, many more issues.

Terrible office management and such a waste of time! Never on time and you can forget getting anything else done that day. We’ve waited up to 5 hours to see the dr. Absolutely ridiculous!

Providers are great but the scheduling and office staff are very unorganized. Had to call 5 times to schedule a follow up appt. Kept getting hung up on or passed off. Lab records lost. No prior medical records could be found by the staff. Couldn't figure out how to schedule an appt so passed off to another person who didnt answer and system disconnected. In a word...DISASTER.

Dr. Kasraeian, is an outstanding physician. On the other hand his staff is not consider at all. His office manager is not courteous or understanding. In fact, she's horrible, nonchalant, and unprofessional. It is rude to speak and handle business using the speaker phone. Bad experience ever and we moved on to another urologist with a respectable staff.
