He is a wonderful Dr. However his front office staff is unbelievably rude! Called me into being my mom in, I explained She is over an hour away! I called on the way to let them know when on our way but will be a lil late- she said they will still see my mom. We got there and front office girls said she can not be seen because we were late! I explained we called and was told it was fine! She stated that was someone else- you can’t be seen! Extremely rude and inconsiderate!!!

I dont understand
My elderly father was diagnosed with a sinus infection for 4 months by this doctor. A few regiments of antibiotics did nothing. Come to find out after seeing this doctor over and over being treated for sinus infection that never went away,my dad had large cell B lymphoma in nasel passage. My dad has a sore on his chest. I told him it looked like skin cancer. This dr told my dad twice that it wasnt. Put dad on antibiotics twice for a sore that wont heel, crusts, oozes for 8 months. Dad went to dermatologist and its skin cancer. What kind of quack is this doctor? Any good doctor would send a patient to get a sore that oozes and dont heel for 8 months to see a specialist. my dad trusted him because this dr kept telling dad NO its NOT CANCER. IM NOT A DOCTOR and its clearly looks like basal cell cancer. What's wrong with this non dr

Dr Halim is not the doctor for geriatric patients or if you have a lot of comorbidities l, he is not interested in their well being, I will not go into specifics but I will definitely be taking my mother to another doctor!!!!

I've only been a patient a little over a year, would have been pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency of getting in. Staffing Dr Racine good care and listen to what I had to say and and react appropriatelyp

Dr Abdel Halim is very interested in his patients well being. He takes time to actually listen to what his patients tell him, then he makes his recommendations as to what procedure to follow.

Was referred over to him because my doctor closed his practice. I scheduled an appointment for a physical, they did a meet/greet instead. I was in the office for a total of 15mins. I later received a bill for $230 for the 15min meet/greet that I didn't ask for. When I called to ask about it they were very rude. This doctor seems very interested in getting my money and wanted to order a bunch of non-necessary tests. I would avoid this doctor at all costs

My experience related to inpatient after going to ER with an Ocular Migraine (prior diagnosis ). Simple request ignored - an eye exam to hopefully learn the cause. Treated as a stroke victim, discharged with a miss-diagnosis: "Anxiety-Stable at this time-Outpatient follow-up." The was diagnosis was based on erroneous information (admit. med. list). Twice I asked in writing that Dr. delete the diagnosis (8 words max) / strike it from my record. Dr. Halim did not respond to my amend request.

I have been a patient of Dr. Halim's since he took over a retiring doctor's practice. I find him to be kind, gentle, knowledgeable and thorough. He listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. I have been hospitalized recently and learned from the nursing and healthcare staff that he is also well thought of in hospital as well, due to the fact that he is "approachable" by staff and takes their input into consideration when treating his patients.
