The first time I saw Dr. Fazelat I was terrified that I was losing my sight because of a retinal hemorrhage. Dr. Fazelat was very kind and sympatric. I found out I would have to have eye injections for the rest of my life. Very tough news. He has helped my through this very scary journey and I'm happy to say I'm getting used to my new normal and that is because of the care I've received from Dr. Fazelat.

He may be highly competent, but that's all
Do you want an arrogant, contemptuous doctor who dislikes patients who educate themselves? Then Dr. Fazelat is your man. Be humble and worshipful, and maybe you will do all right.

Dr. Fazelat was friendly, thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Very grateful for his care and expertise when he performed an emergency retinal surgery. Highly recommend

I've been seen by Dr. Fazelat since 2017 when I was first diagnosed with AMD, a health issue prevalent in my family. By the age of 71, I was hoping to escape it, but no such luck. Dr. Fazelat has been consistent in his care for me. He has been thoroughly informative in his explanation of AMD and my injection treatment, as well as other quirky phenomena that have appeared unusual to me. He is warm and compassionate, with a bit of wit. Dr. Fazelat knows what he's doing, has good assistance, and I can't imagine going to any other eye doctor for my concern. I highly recommend his services and the Medical Eye Center Manchester office as a whole.
