I am sorry to those that left a negative review and for their bad experiences, but for me she has been a great doctor. She has been my Psychiatrist for a long time and I don’t ever recall feeling disrespected by her. She listens attentively and has been a great help with my anxiety and depression. I’ve never had an issue with medication and i’m wondering, to those that left a negative review, visits are never perfect and it’s all about patience. Personally, I find no issue with a delayed wait time for my scheduled appointment. Sure, it’s a little disappointing when i’m scheduled for a certain time but i have to wait a while. You have to understand that there are several other patients, not just you. so wait times are really unexpected.I’m thankful to have her as a Psychiatrist, she has been a great help with my mental health.

I scheduled an appointment with this provider through DoctorOnDemand to request a medication refill and to establish care with a Psychiatrist. My appointment was scheduled for 8am and I logged in right at 8am and waited in the queue until 10am, I decided to see another provider within DrOnDemand and was able to get in and out with them within 15 minutes. Nobody should have to wait 2 hours for a provider, at least have the decency to reach out and let us know you’re running behind, etc instead of keeping people waiting and never showing up… NEVER AGAIN!!

Read the review above and that is nearly identical to what happened with me. I'm over a week without medicine, and nobody responds to my messages. I gave up and had to look for care elsewhere.

Terrible - won't contact me about my refill and won't approve it OR my new medication - even though SHE cancelled my last appointment and that's why I'm out of medicine. She was also supposed to call in a new medication because one of the current ones is making it hard for me to swallow. That's a big issue. I needed a new medication. I had a phone call with her 9 days ago where she said she'd call in my medication. She hasn't and she won't contact me even though her office has told me they sent her my messages. I have called and emailed and now I have ONE day (tonight) left on my antipsychotic medication. Everyone was transferred to her by my wonderful psychiatrist of many years who received a promotion. I don't know what to do because I can't get a new psychiatrist today or tomorrow. There are waiting lists. I would have started looking 9 days ago if she had been honest and told me she wasn't going to call in my meds. And she's condescending, arrogant and no bedside manner. Awful.
