I had about the same interaction with him. He walked in and mumbled. After asking 3 times what he was saying I finally realized he was mumbling “ why are you here.” I explained that i believed I had a sinus infection and new the symptoms since I’ve had it multiple times. He was very short with me and very rude. Didn’t ask if i had question. Just mumbled I will prescribe a steroid and antibiotic and then walked out the door.

I took my daughter to Dignity Health Urgent care for a skin infection, when he entered the room, he began mumbling incoherently. He looked at her injury and just said he was giving her an ointment and not to use anything other than soap and water on it and left. It was not until the nurse came back with our discharge papers that ANYTHING was explained. I thanked her profusely and explained how I was feeling and the response was "I hear that a lot, my apologies". Horrible bedside manners.

I went to Dr. Kidane at an urgent care with a severe allergic reaction to an unknown allergen. My eyes were half swollen shut with a swollen face. He slouched on his stool and asked me why I'm there and why am I having an allergic reaction. While I'm explaining the series of symptoms I was experiencing, he wasn't listening and showed annoyance when I tried re-explaining. Aside from not addressing my elevated BP, he slammed the door upon exit when I disagreed w/ him on a possible cause.
