Never responds to her patients
My mother has advanced Parkinson's Disease and has been experiencing dire mental health struggles for the last year. Dr. Hitchins was assigned to her nearly a year ago and has done absolutely nothing to help my mom. She avoids all communication, doesn't respond to phone calls, and even after I expressed that my mom was contemplating suicide she still did nothing to try and help us. I don't know what it takes to get medical professionals like her to take their patients care seriously, but it's disgusting how little effort she's put in to try and even respond to a simple phone call or mycare message.
