Horrible physician
I’m not sure what her issues are , but she is a horrible physician. Her bedside manner is atrocious to say the least. Run far away from this doctor and find someone else who actually cares. I think at this point in her life she is only about the money and does not care about her patients

Horrible
Worst experience of my life with this group. I am referred to them in need of an experienced diagnostician. They give me a RESIDENT! Without telling me. She has no idea what she’s doing and her so called attending changes every time I ask. Worse yet, there is no patient follow up at all. They order 100 tests and I have to chase them for results. Everything comes back negative yet my father is still no better and no explanation or follow up. I’ve been begging for a follow up teledoc to discuss what now and nothing. No call back, no response to email, nothing. These drs do not care about their patients. Disgusting. They should all lose their license to practice.

Great First Impression, So Far A+
She communicated clearly. I presented what I considered to be precise facts and relevant history. This triggered some exploratory questions by her that made me recall some very relevant key facts that I was surprised I had skipped. She explained the next steps in the diagnostic process that all seemed perfectly logical/appropriate. I am hopeful that with her help the cause(s) will be clearly identified and with a little luck (gulp!) cured. Looking forward to next meeting; initial visit could not have been more professional.

terrible
Dr Adriana Rodriguez is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Her abilities seem to be limited to epilepsy so I don't understand why CC made me see her when I have movement disorder symptoms. She is disinterested, dismissive, and not very knowledgeable. Sadly I waited months to see her instead of another neurologist who actually knows what he's doing. Her demeanor was so unprofessional I will take the time to report her to medical board.

One of the best
Dr. Rodriguez is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have seen, and in addition to her knowledge she knows what her patients needs. (listening). Great experience considering the circumstances, I'm happy she was part of my care. I hope more doctors would have her level of understanding and knowledge.

As a doctor she is great. She always listen and try to understand what the symptoms are. However, their nurses are a disaster and they are not willing to help. They didn't wanted to refill a prescription for epilepsy. One of the assistant, Emily, doesn't know anything about what can happen if a person missed their medication and if she does know she doesn't really cares. She is not able to solve a problem using logic and Android will be better. Please remove this person from this position if you really want improve your service.

If there was a negative star rating, I would use that as well! This DR is in the WRONG PROFESSION! Rude, discourteous, and has the nerve to about at her elderly patients! My elderly mother had to wait for over an hour past her appointment time only to be screamed at by this BULLY and highly unprofessional woman who ever even addressed the concerns my mother originally came in with! Cleveland clinic needs to rethink their relationship and who they have as representatives of their brand!

This doctor encompasses everything that could be wrong with medicine. She was dismissive of my condition and my complaints, judgemental that I had been taking too many over the counter pain medications to deal with my severe migraines (the reason I was there --looking for a better solution!), knew I was anxious and made me feel worse with every comment she made, did not even assess me herself but had her medical student do the whole assessment, which would have been fine if at least she would have done SOME checking herself, and did not give me any treatment for my condition. Do yourself a favor and go to a more compassionate provider who will take your concerns seriously and not judge you, dismiss you immediately, and make you feel worse than how you felt before your appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Rodriguez for eleven years now and I have to say she is one of the best I have seen. She always remembers who I am even after not seeing her for years and she answers all of my questions with a very great explanation and cares about all of my questions and needs. She without a doubt cares about her patients. In the eleven years I've been with her, I honestly have not one bad thing I can say about her! She is AMAZING and truly cares about her patients! I am so glad that I f

I started seeing her June of 2017. At that visit there was a thorough assessment and she appeared kind and compassionate. I had an acute issue with my lower back that sent every thing side ways. Once I saw her colleague John O’Connell, for some reason she forgot about my cervical mylopathy and my T spine pain. My plate in neck and fibromyalgia. Her entire attitude turned strange. Even my husband commented on it. I won’t go back as the drive takes too much out of me. Sad she was skeptical

She is amazing, she listened to everything, all my symptoms and then asked many probing questions and was very empathetic. This has been the best decision I've ever made to see Dr Rodriguez. She was very sweet and very knowledgeable and explained all the affects of the meds she was prescribing and also the treatment plan taken.
