Dr. Adrian Zachary, DO

Dr Zachary was good, however did not review radiology testing or offer a treatment plan for my neurological pain symptoms. When my neurological symptoms worsened his staff failed to provide treatment recommendations other than over the counter medications advising to follow up with my PCP. When I notified my PCP with my worsening neurological symptoms, his nurse immediately called me scheduling me a doctor visit that day. I was provided a prescription for Gabapentin, which significantly improved my symptoms with almost complete resolution. I would not recommend this physician. This has been my worst experience with a CCF physician practice.

Dr. Zachary is very kind, caring and an excellent diagnostician. I have been seeing Dr. Z for more than 4 years and he is consistently thorough and never makes you feel rushed at office visits or on the day of a procedure. This man has kept me woking at age 71 and the injections have been very helpful. Thank God there are still caring quality physicians around like Dr. Zachary

Dr. Zachary is the absolute best. He listens to what’s going on and any concerns you have. He’s more than willing to answer your questions and responds to emails. He’s kind, knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind when creating a treatment plan.

Dr. Zachary was everything one would want in a Medical Doctor. He asked questions, answered questions, spent sufficient time with me, and had a caring attitude. I was very favorably impressed.

He provided a thorough examination related to the source of lower back pain. He has recommended a conservative course of treatment with which I agree. Additionally, he discovered a condition from a prior CAT Scan and recommended I see my primary physician regarding this issue. I would highly recommend Dr. Zachary.

The good doctor explained things to me as he did the nerve block, It got better as he got to know me after 3-4 other nerve blocks , post Procedure discussions were not rushed He spent a good half hour with me talking and listening, all the Cleveland clinic Staff and doctors, especially Dr. Jewell and his nurse Tina are always good with Me, I can never say enough!
