Dr. Ptacek listened carefully to my condition and went through the results of my hospital emergency room tests with my wife and me. He answered all our questions and spent all the time we required to completely satisfy us!

He is very nice but not confident in his knowledge of my son's overall health. I do not always feel it's valuable information he provides or time well spent for myself. He asks questions he should know the if he really knew my child. Seems more like we are going to these routine visits because we have to not because my child actually needs the additional the visit or benefiting from them.

Dr. Ptacek understood my questions and concerns and assured me I was doing the right things to manage my anxiety and bipolar condition. He also addressed my severe knee pain issue. He made suggestions about adding another medicine for anxiety, but I hesitate to change things when it may impact my stability.
